34 weeks. Lately...

Oh my goodness...  Things have been crazy at our house the past few weeks.  

We have been sick...  I am pretty sure we used up every tissue and bottle of saline in our house.  

We have been hydrating...  Aubree is a champ at using sippy cups!  She LOVES them.  She can use the straws all by herself. 

She even heists my straw cup and drinks all of my water.

We have been playing...  She loves toys that make noise (the loud, obnoxious ones) so I tried letting her play the piano. 

We have been sitting... Aubree is sitting!

We have been cuddling...  It has been cold here and when one gets sick, we all get sick so we had lots of fire-side family cuddles.  Jenkins is very spoiled and loves to cuddle, especially by the fire.

Speaking of cuddling, we spend every weekend as a family before we have to get up for the day.  The dogs could take her or leave her... they don't love her as much as we do.  It is may favorite part of the week though.

We have been working... well I have been working and Aubree has been rearranging my papers.

We have been playing more... can you find the baby in all of the toys?

Twins? Aubree got to play with my Cabbage Patch doll for the first time.

We have been standing... kinda...

We have been going to the library...  Aubree's first storytime at the library!

She loves reading books... She does not love taking pictures of reading books.

and yelling in the library... we will have to work on library etiquette.

We have been eating... Aubree had her first candy cane!

and she even ate a whole pouch of applesauce.  She ate it all by herself!

Our Very Merry Christmas

We had an amazing Christmas and we hope you all did too!  Aubree was very spoiled and made Christmas worth celebrating.  I have always loved Christmas but Christmas with a baby takes it to a whole new level of excitement.  

First, Christmas Cards are one of my favorite things... These were ours this year.

We got to see Santa on Black Friday.  I think Aubree was more interested in his beard than anything else.

I am not sure she liked the hat... Sometimes she makes a better Grinch than Santa Baby. :)

Aubree loved pulling the tinsel off the tree.  It is her new favorite toy.

Aubree loved helping me wrap presents!  She was not a good helper, but how can you not stop what you are doing to let that face laugh at the paper.

I love decorating the house.  Something about red and green makes the house feel super festive.  Aubree got to put the first ornament on the tree.

We woke up Christmas morning and opened our stockings.  

Her favorite present was the puffs... She loves puffs... or anything else that she can put in her mouth. 

Aubree got tons of presents.  I am not sure there is a baby toy out there that she didn't get.

She was more interested in the bows than the presents.

Santa brought her a giant puppy!  

...and she was still more interested in the bow.

Aubree's first present required a TON of assembly.  Good thing Dan is good with directions.

You know it's a good day when Aubree takes a long nap.

I got to practice using my big girl camera.  Aubree was not will to cooperate in our little photo shoot...

...but that's okay because Amp was more than willing to take her place.

33 Weeks

I know I say it all the time, but seriously, where did my baby go?  She is growing up so fast!  She is sitting up for minutes at a time and talking so much.

Here is what we have been up to in pictures...

32 weeks... Thanksgiving!

We have been so busy lately!  Most importantly, we celebrated Thanksgiving.  We have so much to be thankful for this year and I am so grateful to have such an amazing family to share it with.  

I LOVE holiday crafts!  Aubree got to color for the first time (ok, she held the crayon and I moved the paper around.)  We made turkeys candy jars with Reeses Pieces.

We had so much food!  Aubree got to eat a little bit of everything and she loved it!

Aubree also got to shop on Black Friday!  We woke up early and hit the stores with my mom.  I think Aubree was excited to get started!

We went to Home Depot and We picked up a tone of things for Dan and Aubree got a huge puppy.  She also liked the water and cookies.

She got to meet Santa too!  She was more interested in his beard than taking a picture.

We took a little break after Babies R Us and Aubree decided she would like to take a turn driving.

I think we tired her out...  She passed out and even lost a sock.
